Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to the Hotel, 1365m
Day 02: Full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing/overnight at Hotel
Day 03:Drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola via Arughat,(710m) 8 - 9 hours
Day 04:Trek from Soti Khola - Maccha Khola [(940m),6 - 7 hours
Day 05: Trek from Maccha Khola -Jagat [(1410m) 6 - 7 hrs
Day 06: Trek from Jagat - Deng (1860m) 6 - 7 hrs
Day 07: Trek from Deng or Ghap- Namrung (2636) 6 - 7 hrs
Day 08: Trek from Namrung – Samagaon (3530m) 7-8 hours
Day 09: Explore day at Samagaon - Pungyen gompa or Manaslu base camp- Samagaon: 6 - 7 hours exploration or trek continue to Samdo and rest day at Samdo.
Day 10:Trek from Samagaon - Samdo ( 3860m), 4 - 5 hours
Day 11: Trek from Samdo - Dharamsala/Larkya B. C. (4460m),4 - 5 hours
Day 12:Trek from Dharamsala – via Larkya la (5160m) pass to Bimthang (3720m) 8 - 9 hours or more.
Day 13:Trek from Bimthang - Tilije (2300m) or Dharapani, 5 - 6 hours
Day 14: Trek from Tilje or Darapani to Tal or Chameche and drive to Bensishar.
Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu and overnight at Hotel.
Day 16: Leisure day in kathmandu/shoping day.
Day 17: Departure to the Kathmandu airport and fly back to home,

Arrival at Kathmandu airport, we will pick you up with private vehicles and transfer to Hotel and after short refreshment brief about the programs, relaxing days, Overnight at Hotel,
Day 02: Full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing/overnight at Hotel
After Breakfast full day Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley to Pasupatinath Temple (one of the biggest Hindus’ temple)/ Boudhanath Stupa (one of the largest Buddhist stupa in the world) Patan Durbar Square and Soyambhunath Stupa as call another name of Monkey Temple. Preparation day for Manasalu special permit, Overnight at Hotel
Day 03:Drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola via Arughat,(710m) 8 - 9 hours
Early in the morning drive proceed from Kathmandu to Soti Khola by passing ridge of Kathmandu Valley, you catch a glimpse of Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and Langtang Himal with magnificent view and terraces and green hills. After Dhading Bisi or Gorkha Bazaar the road is tricky because of the grubby road. From arughat change the next Bus or Jeep drive all the way flowing through Bhudi Gandaki to reach at Soti Khola. Along the way we enjoy splendid views of Shringri Himal ahead and local live hood with rice fild. The trail goes through the Gurung and Magar villages, past fields and cascading waterfalls, till we reach Soti Khola. Overngiht at guest house.
Day 04:Trek from Soti Khola - Maccha Khola [(940m),6 - 7 hours
Trek from Soti Khola to Machha khola is gently flat and sometime little ascent goes through the rice field and exploring people live hood. Machha khola is a small village, which is situated above Bhudi Gandaki River. Overnight at guest house.
Day 05: Trek from Maccha Khola -Jagat [(1410m) 6 - 7 hrs
Today the trail goes through gently steep ascents and descents passing some forest and stream reach to the Doban. The trail gives the glimpses of diversity of flora & fauna, and people with different religion and cultures. Doban means confluence of the stream, where Shiar Khola comes from the east, and the Sarpu khola meet from the west Jagat. Jagat is entry point of Manaslu circuit conservations area so you need check special permit here. Overnight at guest house.
Day 06: Trek from Jagat - Deng (1860m) 6 - 7 hrs
After check your permit, The trails leads gently ascend on a rugged rocky trail through some beautiful landscape walking through Jungle, viewing waterfall. During this trekking the narrow valley shaping by Budhi Gandaki provides the magnificent vistas of Ganesh Himal, Shringi Himal and Himal Chuli, as we continue up to the large Gurung village and fields of corn and millet. Phhilim starts through a narrow dramatic gorge section with towering walls, past a thundering waterfall just above us and cross the suspension bridge, ascend gradually along a wide hillside. After trekking through dense forest the small village of Deng, lower Nubri region called Kutang, where the people are ethnically pure Tibetans. You can see the views of Lumbo Himal as well as Lapuchen and Dwijen Himals. Overniht at Deng
Day 07: Trek from Deng or Ghap- Namrung (2636) 6 - 7 hrs
Today the trail goes through the valley with across the bridge switchback steeply up to the small, poor village of Lana, after solidly climbing through lovely woods of pine and we reach Bihi Phedi, views of Kutang Himal, several Mani wall on the way sign of the tiny Tibetan footholds mark in the high Himalayan places and staill we need to cross the Buri Gandaki as wel as up and down as we walk through the gorge, all the time enjoying spectacular views. Overgiht at Ghap or namrung.
Day 08: Trek from Namrung – Samagaon (3530m) 7-8 hours
The trail begins little ascent passing mani wall and descent to the small stream and all the way ascent to the next Tibetan settlement of Shayla with amazing mountain panoramas.Then the treks through the classic alpine leads through crossing Next River and walk along the valley viewing to reach at old settlement Sama Gaon. Sama Gaon is quite large village in this area and lots of interesting cultural and natural side for exploring your time.
Day 09: Explore day at Samagaon - Pungyen gompa or Manaslu base camp- Samagaon: 6 - 7 hours exploration or trek continue to Samdo and rest day at Samdo.
Today is rest day and exploring day around Pung Gyen Gompa, at 3870 meters, or explore around the lake near by Manasalu base camp, visit school and people around the village. Overnight at sama Gaon guest house.
Day 10:Trek from Samagaon - Samdo ( 3860m), 4 - 5 hours
About four or five hours walk through the valley gently flat and sometime little ascent to reach at Samdo village. Samdo is small town where the people live here only for the business. Overnight at guest house.
Day 11: Trek from Samdo - Dharamsala/Larkya B. C. (4460m),4 - 5 hours
After short walk, just cross the small bride and walk along they gently ascent about three hours of climbing past glaciers, with increasingly overwhelming panoramas, reach at Dharamsala. Daramshala is small place and there is only one guest house with cozy room and dining room so sometime very crowd during the main season. If there is no more room have to sleep in the Tent.
Day 12:Trek from Dharamsala – via Larkya la (5160m) pass to Bimthang (3720m) 8 - 9 hours or more.
Today is long day over crossing high pass so early in the morning take breakfast and start the trek to the Larke la pass with magnificent view of Larke peak and many other peak surrounding. Approximately four hours trek will reach on the top of the Larkya La (4930m), view of wonderful panoramic mountains Himlung Himal (7126meter), Cheo Himal (6820meters), Gyagi Kung, Kang Kuru (6981meters) and the Annapurna II (7937meters) equally stunning from both sides. The descent is steep, through some huge craves and slippery, through moraines, rocky trails towards Bhimphedi. Overnight at Bimthang guest house. Bimthang is beautiful place to stay.
Day 13:Trek from Bimthang - Tilije (2300m) or Dharapani, 5 - 6 hours
From Bimthang to Tilje trekking offers gently descent through the rododnedron or bamboo forest and some beautiful passing villages and filled. Tilje is small town with mix cultural and ethnic group living in this village is on the bank of small stream. Or still if you have time trek continue to the Dharapani. Overnight at guest house.
Day 14: Trek from Tilje or Darapani to Tal or Chameche and drive to Bensishar.
Today is the last day trekking to Dharapani walking descent through the small forest and crossing several suspension bridge. Dharapani is the junction where the Annapurna circuit trekking goes towards ascent and descent to Kathmandu. Overnight spend the last night at Dharapani or still trek further down to the Jagat and next day drvie back to Kathmandu.
Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu and overnight at Hotel
Drive back to Kathmandu by private vehicles via Bensishara, Dumre, Mugling through highway to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu Hotel.
Day 16: Leisure day in kathmandu/shoping day.
Day 17: Departure to the Kathmandu airport and fly back to home,
Drive to Kathmandu airport and fly back to back to destination or one more day in Kathmandu.
