The Lower Solukhumbu trekking area is beautiful settlements of Sherpa, Rai, Tamang and other mix ethnic communities' culture, different living and lifestyle. This regions is also very popularity for the Monastery circuit trekking of Buddhist monastery such as ThuptenChholing Monastery, Phungbuche Monastery, Chhiwang Monastery, Jyalsa Monastery although every village have each Monastery in their sherpa and Tamang community.
The lower Solukhumbutreks begins either from Phaplu airport of Solukhumbu, Rumjatar airport at Okhaldunga, Lamidanada airport at Khotang or you can start by drive to Salleri or by drive to Haleshi so there many possibilities to start those trek through all around through north side of Lulkha, Khumubu region, east side of Makalu region, south side of Tarai region and west side of Kathmandu. This trek can be made by Home staying or by camping both is possibilities.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02:Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley and prepare for the trek,
Day 03:Drive from Kathmandu to toSivalaya via Jiri (1955m)8-9 hours by reserve Bus, overnight at lodge.
Day 04: Trek from Sivalayato Bhandar- (2190m)/ 5-6hours: lodge/camp
Day 05: Trek form Bandar to Chaulakharka (2470m)/6 hours: camp/home stay.
Day 06: Trek from Chaulakharakto Ngaur/6 hours: camp/home stay.
Day 07:Trek fromNgaur to Pike Peak base camp (3350m)/6 hours: camp/home stay
Day 08: Rest and hiking top of the hiking to, Pikey peak, (4070m) Panoramic view of Mount Everest, Makalu, Lhotse, Chho-yo,ThamserkuAmadablam many more, 4068m.
Day 09: Trek from Pikey peak to Junbesi (2675m), 6-7hrs, camp or teahouse stay.
Day 10: Trek from Junbensito visit Thuptencholing Monastery and trek Sengephuk,(2930), 6hrs trek, camp
Day 11: Trek from Snegephukto BeniKharka (3,835m),6-7hrs
Day 12: Trek from Benikharakato Dudhkunda Lake (4,561),6-7hrs
Day 13:Excursion day around Dudhkunda Lake
Day 14: Trek from Dudhkundalake to ChhuwareKharka, 6-7hrs,
Day 15: Trek from ChhuwareKharkato Takshindu,6hrs,
Day 16: Trek from Takshinduto Phaplu, 5-6hrs
Day 17: from Phaplu drive or flight back to Kathmandu,
Day 18: Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley,
Day 19: Final departure to the Kathmandu airport and fly back to destination,
